Driven Activation & Marketing (DAM) was founded in 2024 by Professional Race Car driver Ryan Vargas and partners Patrick Kelley and Brian Meek; who both have extensive backgrounds in marketing and business development.

Like many young racing drivers looking to get into the sport of auto racing, Ryan Vargas found out very quickly that to progress in the motorsports industry, you need to be savvy in the world of marketing and the execution of programs. After making headlines with his partnerships with TikTok and Reddit while growing current programs with brands such as Léargas Security and Critical Path Security, Vargas and team wanted to create a space for professionals, individuals, and new/emerging brands to get the marketing materials they need all in one place.

Driven Activation and Marketing strives to provide the highest quality marketing materials in services in one convenient place. Services include Graphic Design, Photo and Video services, Animation, and Social Media Management/Support; with additional white label services to be explored as time moves forward.

  • Founder

    Ryan Vargas is more than just another young racer with a dream of making it to the top of NASCAR’s ladder. Ryan started racing at 11 years old in 2012 and proved to be a quick learner, winning dozens of races and championships in lower divisions. Now 23 years old, Vargas has become a known name in the sport of NASCAR. In 2018, Ryan was signed onto the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Program and competed in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East for Rev Racing, finishing 6th overall in the standings. In addition, Ryan was selected to be part of the NASCAR Next Program. In the following years, Vargas made the jump to the NASCAR Xfinity Series and later the Truck Series, garnering numerous top-20’s and three top-10’s in his young NASCAR Career.

  • Founder

    Patrick Kelley is the founder of Léargas Security and Critical Path Security.

    He provides extensive network forensics training for NERC, CISA, CRISP, E-ISAC around the world.

    He has over 25 years in the Information Technology industry with an emphasis on Information Security and Network Forensics.

    He has spoken on panels with members from the FBI, CIA, and NSA. He is an ongoing CyberSecurity Expert for NBC News, as well as a guest lecturer for Georgia State University in regards to their Cyber Security Masters Program.

    Though he has 20 years supporting the Aerospace Industry, he is often requested to provide offensive security services for his customers with special requests, such as breaching and commandeering freight trains, luxury maritime vessels, and personal jets. His skill, precision, and discretion are sought after assets in the personal high net-worth market.

    His research has been covered by FORTUNE, Bleeping Computer, CNN, NBC News, The Guardian, Globe and Mail, and Krebs Security Online.

    His passion for working with non-profits with an emphasis on the prevention of child abuse is extensive. He has worked in leadership roles in this area for over 20 years, breaking ground for three emergency shelters.

  • Sustainability Director

    With over 35 years of work experience, Brian Meek is a passionate and driven leader and entrepreneur with expertise in cybersecurity and golf. As the Director of Sales at Critical Path Security, he works with a team of professionals to provide innovative and customized solutions to protect our clients from cyber threats and attacks. He leverages his skills in marketing communications and social media marketing to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. He also owns and operates The GolfBridge Company, a platform that connects junior golfers with golf instructors as well as the supporting roles of junior golf development. Through The GolfBridge Company, he combines his love for golf with his entrepreneurial spirit and vision. He enjoys creating value for both the golf industry and the junior golf community. His core competencies include sales management, business development, customer service, and strategic planning. He is motivated by delivering excellence, exceeding expectations, and making a positive impact. He is always eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with others who share my passion and values.
